Gael Anaya is the founder of Claix, a document intelligence API he runs from Madrid. Claix turns PDFs, spreadsheets, Word files, images, text and audio into JSON that follows a customer-defined schema, pairs each extracted value with the location it was read from, and keeps processed documents queryable by AI agents through REST, an MCP server and the A2A protocol.
He writes the Claix blog, in English and Spanish, about the engineering problems between raw files and agent workflows: why a source location is more useful than a confidence score, how to make agents return null instead of guessing missing values, how to isolate document memory between tenants, and how to give an agent access to many documents without exceeding its context window. He also maintains Claix's open examples on GitHub, including the MCP server and bring-your-own-key samples.
